Bertempat kat umah maklang batu caves..kubuat temujanji ngan maklang tukjadik model/duta shortbread..huhuhu..syiok dapat jumpa maklang..sesat memula..sib baik ader tempat u-turn kalo tak dah terlajak p KL..p ngan adik tapi dia p batu caves..punya la..lama nunggu dia..igatkan dah tersesat kat dlam gua tu..upernyer dia p makan jap..heeeee..sib baik bawak dia buat teman..coz hubby keje tak dapat nganto.. .mekaseh yer,,sudi nganto kakakmu..ini..

Start hari rabu tghari ku dah cuti sampai ler..hari ahad..bercuti..heeee..so dapatlah..menenangkan keadaan yang busy ku..heeeeee...macam ler perdana menteri..kekonon busy..huhuhu..tapi..ssungguhnyer..dapat ler..ku coolkan otakku..yang mmg dah sarat..sib baik tak brain damage...heeeeeee..sib baik dapat sejukkan otakku dengan masakan..jom ler..layan..sebeleum aku merapu jauh..yuhhhuuuuuu..ader..ketam masak..lada.itam..jang guna jo..sos lada hitam yang beli tu..tambah skit ngan halia, bawang putih ngan jang tamboh skit agi lada hitam tumbuk..kawwww..gituh....ngan hias ler..ngan daun sup & sadri..okies..dookies..bawah nie..resepi penuh yer..heee
Ketam Goreng Lada Hitam style aminhaslina aka zuhri
Ketam-6 ekor.(potong dua ngan cuci sebersihnyer)
Bawang putih-4 ulas
Halia-skett(1cm)
Sos lada Hitam(yang dalam botol k)
Lada Hitam tumbuk-sesedap rasa
Sos tiram -1 sudu besar@secukup rasa
Daun Sadri@Sup-Tuk Hiasan.
Caranyer:-
Tumis bawang putih&hali(kisar@giling) hingga naik bau
masukkan skit lada Hitam yg ditumbuk dan sos tiram dan jgn dilupa sos lada hitam..
masukkan ketam dan biarkan sebati dan goreng sampai masak, agak-agak nak kering tambah k sedikit air..
Garam saya tak taruk tapi kalo anda nak tambah rasa dulu k sbelum tambah.
Dah masak hiaslah sedikit ngan daun sadri@daun sup
ader gak cupcakes..
ok ler..have to go..nak kena bagi anak makan ubat..okeis.

Dah lama..duk admire nak uat sendiri..gumpaste & fondant ..baru dapat...semakin ku mengenali dunia baking nie..semakin rasa berkobar-kobar rasa nak buat biz sendiri..insyaAllah..rakan seperjuangan dah ader yang start buat biz..kepada semua teman sperjuangan..teruskan perjuangan..doakan..daku jua..mengikuti jejak..langkah nanti..

Askm..semua...lama dahkan tak bercerita..banyak cerita yang ingin dikongsikan bersama cuma masaku jer yang takder..heeeee..hari nie cuti esokpun ku cuti harap dapatlah kiranyer ku update fpku ini..hujan plak kat luar..umah sunyi sepi...heeee..anakku tinggalkan kat pengasuh.jap agi p amik.....dasat tul ku niekan..anakku dah lasak..dah tak pandai diam..

Yesterday and Tomorrow
YESTERDAY, TODAY, TOMORROW
There are two days in every week about which we should not worry.
Two days which should be kept free from fear and apprehension.
One of these days is yesterday with its mistakes and cares,
Its faults and blunders, Its aches and pains.
Yesterday has passed forever beyond our control.
All the money in the world cannot bring back yesterday.
We cannot undo a single act we performed.
We cannot erase a single word we said. Yesterday is gone.
The other day we should not worry about is tomorrow.
With its possible adversities, Its burdens,
Its large promise and poor performance.
Tomorrow is also beyond our immediate control.
Tomorrow's Sun will rise, either in splendor or behind a mask of clouds,
but it will rise.
Until it does, we have no stake in tomorrow, for it is yet unborn.
This just leaves only one day . . . Today.
Any person can fight the battles of just one day.
It is only when you and I add the burdens of those two awful eternity's -
yesterday and tomorrow that we break down.
It is not the experience of today that drives people mad.
It is the remorse or bitterness for something which happened yesterday
and the dread of what tomorrow may bring.
Let us therefore live but one day at a time.

Hari nie..tapi naper tajuknyer semalam..heeee..kerana ku nak bercerita pasal aper yang ku buat semalam...heeeee..semalam..rasa ok skett so buat ler..epok-epok, nama epok-epok ni bilamana anak saudara sebelah husband cakap..mak ngah nie kueh nie kiter panggil epok-epok..bagiku yang tak pernah bunyi atau dengar epok-epok janggal rasanyer pastu lanih bukan main lagi..asyik-asyik epok-epok..
